How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Log in to your account and visit the dashboard. From there, navigate to “Manage Plan” to cancel, downgrade, or upgrade at any time. Billing changes take effect at the next renewal date. For immediate assistance, email support@aitextools.com.
What detectors does AI Text Tools check against?
The platform checks content against multiple detectors including GPTZero, Originality.ai, Copyleaks, ZeroGPT, and Winston AI. The text rewriter is optimized to produce results that pass each of these. Turnitin integration is available on Pro plans.
Is my text stored or shared?
No. Text submitted for detection or rewriting is processed in real time and is not stored on our servers after the request completes. We do not use your content for model training or share it with third parties.
